Privacy policy

PdfPup is built to process your documents without keeping them. This page explains what happens to your files and data.

Your files

• Files you upload are stored temporarily on our processing server only while they are being processed.
• Input files are deleted as soon as processing finishes.
• Results are deleted shortly after you download them, and automatically within 30 minutes if you never do. You can also delete them immediately from the success screen.
• We never look at, share or sell the contents of your files, and we do not use them to train anything.

Accounts

PDF tools work without an account. If you sign in with Google to use community features, we store your name, email address and profile photo, plus the posts, votes and comments you create.

Analytics

We measure anonymous usage (pages visited, tools used, processing success and file sizes) to improve the service. We may use Google Analytics and PostHog for this. We never record file contents.
